Former industrial workshops, the Halles de la Cartoucherie will open their doors in September 2023. Mainly from Toulouse or the Occitan region, the inhabitants of Les Halles offer a swarm of activities:


market stalls, street food, bars, a café, a grocery store and a cooking school


Climbing, squash, fitness, yoga, Pilates, dance and circus arts


Year-round cultural events at Les Halles and the future auditorium (early 2024)
